Branches

In addition to the Head Office in Suva, there are three branches of the Fiji Cancer Society: Lautoka, Ba and Labasa.

All membership money collected and any funds raised are banked into individual branch accounts.

Head office supplies all branches with awareness material and provides patient support.
Branches meet with Head Office once a year.
All branches table a report at the Society's AGM.

Lautoka Branch

Lautoka Branch is looking at renovating three rooms given to them on the Lautoka Hospital grounds by Ministry of Health.

This will give the branch a place for cancer patients to seek support.

They are sourcing organizations willing to undertake this project.

Head Office of the Society will also be able send awareness material and patient support items to be stored when needed.

Lautoka Hospital caters for cancer patients from Sigatoka to Raki Raki and it is three and a half hours drive from the Head Office of the Society; it is therefore very important to have a branch located there.
